Our office is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Weekend quotes by appointment only.

Yes, we can provide you with a long list of commercial and residential clients who were pleased with our outstanding workmanship and customer service.

* What is your warranty coverage?

OIFS stands behind our products and workmanship! We have a one year warranty on custom work. Standard jobs have a limited 10 year manufacturers warranty on materials.

* Do you charge for an estimate?

No, we do not charge for estimates. One of our account managers will schedule an appointment at your convenience to meet, measure, and discuss options for your property for free.

* Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a 50% deposit to schedule any work.

* What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, & Discover.

* How long will my project take from deposit to installation?

Due to our in-house crews, the time from deposit to install will be approximately 2 weeks for most residential projects. Custom manufacturing will take approximately 3-6 weeks depending on the detail of the job. However, under special circumstances, such as gaps in scheduling, we may be able to begin your job sooner.

* How long will the actual installation take?

We can complete an average size project in 2-3 days.

* What is the advantage of in-house crews rather than subcontractors?

The biggest advantage of using in-house crews is the high level of quality and service. We have the ability to train our employees with the best installation and manufacturing techniques possible.

* What type of material are your products made from?

Our Standard Fence is made from the highest quality galvanized steel and powder coated. Custom jobs are made with raw steel which can be powder coated.

* What is the difference between powder coating and painting?

Powder coating uses sophisticated electronic equipment to heat a fine polyester powder to 400 degrees, allowing the polyester to melt and form a thick, seamless coating on the metal. Due to this protective seal, corrosive materials cannot damage the metal. Powder coating is much stronger than paint and lasts longer. Paint will eventually chip or fade allowing your metal to rust.

* What is the advantage of galvanized metal over non-galvanized metal?

Galvanized metal is simply metal coated in zinc oxide which prevents rust and corrosion. Without this protection, the metal will quickly rust and weaken.

* Do you provide masonry or columns?

Yes, please speak with an account manager about this.

* Do you charge for rock?

In most cases we do not charge for rock, however, in extreme cases we will notify the customer.
