Meet the Owner         

     Please allow me to introduce myself and our company.  I am Matt Kirk, owner and CEO of Ornamental Iron Fence Supply.  Ornamental Iron Fence Supply has been a part of Austin for over 25 years.  My wife, Audra, and I made the decision to buy OIFS from the original owner about five years ago.  Our purpose and goals for Ornamental Iron Fence Supply are:

• to design, fabricate, and install the highest quality fencing and railing products in Austin and throughout the surrounding areas
  
• to provide the best customer service possible
  
• create a positive work environment for our employees
  
• and most importantly, to demonstrate honesty and integrity through our quality and service.

Account Managers

Ornamental Iron Fence Supply only employs account managers who are organized, detail oriented, honest, hardworking, people-friendly, and well trained to ensure you receive the best service possible.  As a client of OIFS, your personal account manager will visit your home or business to take necessary measurements, and then design a layout which accommodates your taste.  He will be in contact with you every step of the way by phone, email, fax, and personal visits.  You choose which methods of communication best meet your needs.

Installation Crews

Ornamental Iron Fence Supply only uses in-house crews for fabrication and installation.  In-house crews ensure the highest level of quality workmanship because we have the ability to train our employees with the best installation and manufacturing techniques in the business.  We back the work of our crews 100%.

Warranty

I stand behind our products and workmanship completely!  We provide a one year warranty for custom work.  Standard jobs have a limited 10 year manufacturer's warranty on materials.
